I'm being joined in the studio by long time friend Nate Moore. Nate was a redshirt freshman at Purdue when I was a Grad Assistant coach with the wrestling team. He later became a team captain there. After college Nate moved to Cali and started a fight career. Now he is in the fitness business and we will be discussing some of what he is doing today.
